Leading Midlands commercial property specialist Bromwich Hardy has helped a high-tech automotive company find a new base in the region.

Bromwich Hardy partner Andrew Cosnett has completed a deal for Kenilworth-based advanced technology developer Aeristech to move into a refurbished unit at Hermes Close in Warwick.

The company, which specialises in electric air compressors for the international automotive industry, has signed a lease on an 11,000 sq ft two-storey production unit at Hermes Court.

The site features attractive quality two storey offices, good parking and loading and with heating and lighting included.

Andrew, who was acting for Birmingham property company Mercia Real Estate, said the deal was evidence of the region’s importance to the automotive industry.

“The area around Warwick and Leamington Spa is proving particularly attractive to this industry at the moment, as evidenced yet again by this deal.

“There is a real shortage of suitable units coming on to the market and when they do they are snapped up very quickly, as was the case here. We are delighted to have been able to help such an innovative and successful company.”

The extensive unit has an eaves height of approximately 9m with a concrete floor, electrically operated up and over loading door, two gas fired blower heaters and three phase electric.

It has a loading area at the front and separate car park with space for 14 cars. Hermes Close is a cul-de-sac off Tachbrook Park Drive on Tachbrook Park. The 132-acre mixed use business park is located around two miles south of Leamington Spa town centre.

Bromwich Hardy marketed the unit with joint agents Wareing and Company.
