From 8-9:30am on September 5th at The Chace Hotel Coventry, Wise Living Homes is hosting a free morning of opportunity for local small-medium businesses to deliver its fresh, bold housing solution.

Build to Rent family housing has grown rapidly in the North West in the last few years and there are now a growing number of schemes unfolding in the Midlands. The event has been created with Midlands-based house builders, land agents, contractors and local authorities in mind. An informative agenda has been put together to showcase the current opportunity there is to help deliver high-quality, purpose-built homes in the Midlands over the next three years.

Wise Living aims to revolutionise the private rental sector by challenging existing standards, creating and nurturing communities and, ultimately, driving better living standards for its tenants.

With the first three developments in Birkenhead, Telford and Mansfield well underway, the Wise Living team are still seeking suitable development opportunities and will consider a range of land of between two to four acres. They are particularly interested in brownfield sites that would suit the private rental market.

The launch of Wise Living comes on the back of the government’s pledge to tackle the UK housing crisis by building more new homes. The team are currently working with Local Authorities across the region and may also be able to provide impetus on larger sites to accelerate housing delivery.

Those who wish to discuss development opportunities and are interested in attending the event, can register for their free ticket here

"The free event has been created with Midlands-based house builders, land agents, contractors and local authoritiesin mind."
